This Bahco 218mm Adjustable Wrench has an extra wide jaw opening to handle bigger jobs and is an ideal tool for plumbers. The 9031 Bahco wrench has comfortable, slip-free thermoplastic handle which is forged from one solid piece of steel, for extra strength. The wrench is 12-inches long and weighs 665g. Its maximum jaw opening is 34mm and the jaws are angled at 15 degrees to allow greater access into confined spaces.

      Very nicely made adjustable spanner.

      This is not a cheap adjustable spanner and happily there is virtually nothing for me to complain about ... It is easy to hold and feels just right in the hand ... The finish looks to be very serviceable ... The comfortable handle covering is a sensible size (not too thick) and without any covering to the very end of the handle ... The metal end of the handle has a 10mm hole in it should you want to hang the spanner on the wall in the workplace ... The jaws move very smoothly though there is a slight amount of slack in the jaw movement ... The jaws stay parallel throughout the travel, so this slight amount of slack doesn't seem to be detrimental in use ... I think that this spanner will give long service as the build quality is excellent ... I can therefore give this a full five star ...

      Bahco high quality as usual.

      As always these Bahco tools are high quality and do exactly what they are intended to do. I can not remember an instance when I have purchased anything with the Bahco name on it that is low quality and will always consider this brand before purchasing cheaper & much lower quality alternatives..

      Small but very capable!

      When it arrived it was a bit smaller than I expected but I found it's reduced size means it's easy to use in confined spaces. The jaws are quite thin & again can get places my older wrenches can't. Easy jaw adjustment & it's got a really nice feel. Although I haven't given it any hard work yet I get the impression that it's 'really' tough. Nice choice!

      Great tool

      Most adjustable spanners have an imprecise adjustment and are not reliable. This is a quality item and the precise adjustment gives great control, I am happy using this in most situations where there is room to fit it. Also useful as a measuring gauge for bar diameters etc!
