The response from the seller was almost immediate. Even though the item was brought as a birthday gift and was outside the 30 day return window a refund was arranged quickly and efficiently with no argument or problem. I would happily purchase from them again and have been super impressed with their communication and excellent customer service. A pleasure to deal with.
