Initially I was alarmed as was told there was no tracking, It informed the company who were most assuring, but explained they didnt know how it was being sent as it was another company sending the stick. I was scared what sort of company was used, but most delitghted when it arrived today by DPD who are one of my favourite companies to do business with, and there was tracking. So all that worry was for nothing. I will defenetly recomend this company

I was told it had missed the Friday courier collection, and would be delivered on Tuesday. I was promised a text message containing a tracking number- this never materialised, and, despite several phone calls on the Tuesday, phone remained unanswered.
