As a seller it is your responsibility to check and double check if you are sending the correct item. In this case it was very simple, you place the air pod in a charging case, press the button on and immediately your phone will tell you if it’s compatible or not. This obviously was not done. Wasted time and money because I had to drive to the post office, then pay to return the item so I can get a refund.
