Courier unable to locate our address just went where sat nav took him on phone. Wrong road and did not look at address on package, did phone us and found us, then he said could not leave item because wrong location, after explaining he did leave package , had a moan saying it was our fault. All he had to do was read address on package.Not rocket science.
