As I began the assemble it I discovered that the spigot handle was broken (apparent only until the wrapping was opened) When I contacted this seller he responded withing the hour. He asked me to find a replacement spigot and he would pay for the cost of a new one. My issue was settled generously within hours. I'm very pleased with the quick and kind service Michael provided.
