    Item new but scratched. No big deal on that since it will be scratched more when used. Shipping was not as fast as advertised so I did not receive the item in time to use it. Packaging was fine. This was a trailer ball and the value was discounted a little. Not as cheap as I have found them before but also not the most expensive. Seller did have good communication. Only disappointed in shipping time. Probably not the sellers fault I’m sure.
