I clearly stated it was to a 5th-floor flat with lift access and provided a map. On the day, driver left it in the communal area, claiming he wasn’t allowed to deliver upstairs. Disgraceful service. Completely unprofessional, misleading listing, fake tracking, poor communication, and an attempt to extort extra money. Avoid this seller at all costs.
