    I love the boots but was disappointed with the postage costs, as I asked for them to be lowered but the seller said they couldn't lower it. The postage was £11. When they arrived the postage costs were only around £4.50 and I wrote to them to query this, hoping for a refund on the difference, but they did not respond. Therefore I have now left negative feedback, which is a shame.
