    Literally one of the best games I've ever played

    I already beat the game a couple years ago, just bought another copy for a friend. The intro is brilliantly deceptive and its conclusion is one of my peak gaming experiences of all time, and after that the game continues to be one of the most breathtaking RPGs I've ever played. It's atmospheric, with extremely solid use of the 3D function even if the game is marred with low resolution textures, it's got fantastic music, the battles are extremely satisfying yet at times brutally difficult, much like any SMT game, which is something I learned after playing this one; it was my first. If you don't know what this series is about, I practically beg you to jump into this game without looking anything up... Well, maybe you should know that STR is broken and if you want to use physical attacks just ...

    Great JRPG

    I have never played a persona game before or any of the spinoffs so this was my first taste. I always read about how difficult the shin megami tensei series was and I was pretty excited to try it out. It definitely lives up to the hype and I really enjoyed the fusion system and combat. I need to play through it again to get more of the story I sort of rushed it the first time, but I am excited to go through it again. If you enjoy JRPGs and you want a fair challenge then you should really try it out.

    Nice setting. Great demon collecting. Visuals and monster models are very nice. Plenty of quests and challenge. Bad over world map/UI turns portions of the game into a slog. Really detracts from the pacing of the game. Overall above average game. B!

    SMT4

    One of the best Dungeon Crawlers and RPGs on the 3DS, coming out early on the 3DSs lifespan. I would recommend this game to more people in any given situation, but I don't think a Church would like to hear I have summoned Beelzebub to fight the ultimate evil enemy of the Samurai. This game is only rivaled by Shin Megami Tensei 4: Apocalypse.

    Fantastic game.

    If you are a fan of turn based JRPG, with a story and 50+ hours of game play then this is for you. Great game-play and graphics for the 3ds specs. Puzzle solving, dungeon crawling with the touch of Atlus I cannot complain. Unfortunately this game is only available in Australia via Nintendo e-shop but lucky enough I have a North American 3ds so this game worked for me. If you have never been into turn based JRPG games then start here.
