    Works like it should.

    I purchased this because I had bought a new oversized Architectural mailbox and I needed something sturdy to put on my 4x4 post to mount it. It came with everything I needed to make it an easy job. The holes lined up perfectly with the mailbox holes, and the nuts, bolts and washers were all good quality. Jim

    Sturdy, Easy Mailbox System

    When combined w/ a separate Archetectural brand mailbox, the two are easily bolted together, making further attachment to a 4X4 post solid and simple. This post adapter facilitates setting the box (long-side) along the curb (instead of perpendicular), which worked great for me. My street is dark, so putting the address in reflective metallic decals on the side made them light-up nicely at night as cars drive by.
