      I purchased two beautiful DeRuta pottery serving trays from this seller. The price and shipping cost were very good. And, the seller offered a refund when one of the two trays arrived broken. All good things. Yet, from my perspective, my experience with this seller was negative because the reason why what I purchased arrived broken is because it was not carefully packed by the seller.
