- b***- (34)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseGood experience with the seller. Item was packed well, and arrived promptly. It’s exactly as described and pictured. I have purchased bracelets very much like this one from sellers in multiple postal zones around the country and always paid approximately half what this seller charged. When I questioned the seller about her shipping charge she said she automatically adds $2.00, I guess for mailing supplies. Other sellers used much smaller packages for the same size bracelet. Love the item, tho.Reply from: capitalantiquesandestates- Feedback replied to by seller capitalantiquesandestates.- Feedback replied to by seller capitalantiquesandestates.I explained to the customer that USPS advantage Postal rates had just been raised in July . She received a gift box with her purchase in a well protected postal shipper. I ship all of my items in well protected shippers or boxes and have Never had a customer receive jewelry damaged in the mail. I have also never had a customer in over 25 years complain about the quality or packing of any jewelry item i have shipped. I will continue to provide excellent service to all of my customers.
