When Evri asked for delivery feedback, I pointed out that although two of us were at home, the driver didn't ring the door bell, but left the parcel only 20 feet from our front door in an old box awaiting recycling collection, beside our garage door. We only knew it had arrived when Evri sent a delivery confirmation email a few minutes later.
