    Ordered chalk color, received black. Contacted customer service. I had to have the shoes for work so I didn’t have time to return them and wait for new pair to be sent. I asked if they could offer a discount for the mix up. They have very slow response times. They then stated they couldn’t offer a discount because they didn’t do anything wrong. I stated again they sent the wrong color. They then asked for a picture of the shoes. After I sent the pic of the black shoes they stopped responding.
