The package arrived securely in its original packaging which I did not open as I had to return it the next day for reason the sink it was to be used in did not match the hole conguration required. 4Pro-Store promptly issued a refund upon his receipt. Not having unwrapped the packaging, the faucet appeared to be brand new. The price was much less expensive than it would have been coming from a big-box hardware store.
