    0 communication from seller. Item was not posted within the advised time frame, messaged seller asking when it would be posted multiple times with no response. Request to cancel was denied. Opened case to get a refund as item was never dispatched, and then suddenly almost 2 weeks later a tracking link has appeared despite me trying to cancel order, messaging to say it wasn’t needed, and asking for a refund. So so poor.

    Terrible communication, was ignored when I messaged few times. Was worried as had no update on item being posted out and it was close to est delivery date. It was posted soon after I tried to cancel order. I messaged seller again explaining there was no point in sending it now as my daughter’s birthday had passed. It arrived a week later. It’s a shame as it is nice but no use for it. If u are looking to buy from here I’d advise to ignore the est delivery date and add 2x weeks too it!
