      I received this Einhell electric lawnmower last Thursday on June 12th, but the motor does not work. I contacted the seller twice, on June 14th and June 16th. I had requested a refund and the return of the defective lawnmower on each occasion. I have NOT heard back from the seller since. So I am now asking you if you can prompt him to respond to my request positively.?? Thank You.
