Also it does not raise very high at all, i am 5'11, and it feels like a junior sized chair. Also didn't come with instructions, had to contact seller for them, no markings on the screw pack, had to measure each one to find correct one. I do not recommend this chair, and i certainty will not be buying this brand again.

The only thing I would have liked is to know the actual delivery details - the tracking info just says, for example, “before Saturday”. The delivery man was very polite but he was unable to bring into the house so left it outside as he had other deliveries to make. Could be a problem for someone on their own. All in all though very happy and happy to recommend chair and seller.

One of the two parcels arrived after a couple of days. I was told by the sender if the lost parcel turned up I could keep it. I cannot praise this seller enough,excellent customer service . Their company deserves to do very well.
