      The item came with the power cord DUCT TAPED to the handle. It was wrapped SEVERAL times around the handle ( when once would have been sufficiant.) I spent a good 15-minutes just trying to get the duct tape off as the adhesive from the tape had all gunked together like it had been taped a.very long time ago. I then spent I dont how long using googone to clean all the gunk off. AS SHOWN IN PICTURES. Also, on the end of the unit where the internal wires of the power cord entered were exposed.

      Hand Held Percussion for respiratory treatment
