The telescope is okay but not adequate for serious stargazing
The price indicates that this is an entry level telescope that is a bit clunky to set up for eg synchronizing the spotter scope to the main scope the method is jerky and imprecise but when achieved makes for a a usable product If you want to take up stargazing seriously best to invest in a dearer and presumably better built telescope. Having said that the scope is use- able with perseverance and any child will need adult assistance to set it up. The old adage applies you get what you pay for.
