I ordered the item in time for a job i needed the mower for but for some reason it got delayed by the carrier no fault of the seller however upon chasing it up and them confirming it must have got mislaid the seller offered a full refund with an apology after i realised i would have to get one locally as the day of the task was here. The refund was paid back into my paypal account as promised EVRI delivered today.
