She was packaged very well in bubble wrap, there was packing paper so she wouldn't get damaged and stayed safe, she was packaged and wrapped perfectly!! Its just as the listing said, I am glad I ordered from this seller, Prudence is perfect, and she was very cheap for such a beautiful doll ! As someone with autism and as someone who loves collecting vintage dolls, I am really happy and pleased, and will be ordering again from this seller. It wasn't the seller fault as it was packed very well, but unfortunately they can't control what happens in the postal service. Only left feedback as eBay won't stop telling me too. As I don't think it's fair to put a seller down on something they can't control
