      Old technology but proven to work.

      This a replacement lamp for fitting in a kitchen this style of fitting I think has been going since the 1960`s well established and gives out a lot of light considering it`s size. Even better now as a newer phosphor coating has been used. The downside is I think you can only get these fittings second-hand now. L.E.D. fittings still need to be improved maxim normal bulb output is still only 1521 lumen. 1600 lumen = 100w tungsten lamp.
