    Awww, I m not sure really.it burns my face & i have tuff skin,not much bothers it but i don't think it's me I think its supposed to do it.Not sure if it's working but it does clean & leaves a stinging fresh feeling after,this is why i believe it's supposed to have a little tingling to it
