Fast shipping, as described. Not great packaging for a valuable piece with fragile stones. Please don’t ship jewelry between two pieces of cardboard with the pin and bail pushed through the cardboard. Ship in a small protective box with the piece wrapped in tissue or bubble wrapped.

But the cross arrived safely, right? I apologize for not shipping it to your standards. I honestly thought I'd done a good job on it. By the way, I didn't push it through that cardboard. I cut spaces for it to sit in and put the stones on the side of the bubblewrap that was tripled. Thank you for letting me know your standard, though. I can see where I fell short. Thank you for your business!
