Packaged in a sheath of parchment and sealed well from without, some form of object, box-like in its feel, was there. A box. This must be some item of great value! I bowed to the Postal Knight and bolted the latch. Tight! Concealed within, behold! The same item I had purchased earlier!

Who came back quickly saying that the package had been held up in customs and was being returned to them. They immediately offered to send a replacement or a full refund. I took the refund and after a few days it appeared, in full, in my account. The contact person was very helpful and apologetic.
