The tripod is fantatsic and is in great shape for the price. The only thing that is missing are the two small screws that screw into the mount. This is for attaching an L-bracket instead of the included Peak Design bracket. Luckily I don't own an L-bracket or intend to ever use one so it doesn't affect me.
