  • The pinnacle Beatles vinyl box set of our time, if you're a major fan this is a must.

Excellent pressings and overall production. The outer sleeves are very high quality and of good construction. The LPs are some of the best I have heard; IMO they rival the MFSL pressings of the 80s. I love the book as well - great images that i'd never seen before. It's almost too nice to page through! Box and outer box cover is probably the weakest link, they seem to be prone to damage - rips/tears. I honestly bought two, one that is sealed/unplayed and a second to blast on my Harman Kardon A230 so I can hear the magical monophonic journey from Please Please Me to the White Album. I was a skeptic, especially after the prices skyrocketed to nearly triple what they were when released. However if you want to experience the Fab Four and get as close to hearing them when these were new in the 1960's, this is the way to go. If you're a casual fan or don't want to get into vinyl, the 2009 Mono CD box is a fantastic product as well. If you want a taste, get the Mono Master 3 LP set, I got it first and just couldn't stop there. It's still out there for less than a $100 and is a good litmus test for this boxes' worthiness.

  • Mono Beatles

My purchased was brand new, so no problems there. Recording quality, packaging, and of course the music is fantastic. In mono is the best way to enjoy the Fab Four.

  • Buy it!

Wish I had purchased it sooner, but glad I got it. 180 gram records, analog remastering, quality packaging, great book. The group in mono, as they approved. Only wish they would have fixed the drums in "Got to get you into my life" which is buried in the mix.

  • For Beatles Fans/ Music Collectors- This is The Box For You!

This is how I originally heard The Beatles--on vinyl and in mono. It is how they meant their music to be heard, and I don't think it could sound any better than this. If you're a fan or a collector, it's definitely worth the price. If not, you might want to go with the CD box set, which costs much less. The only thing that would have made me happier with this "new" box set would have been what I consider truly "NEW"--in shrink wrap with the LPs in order.

  • Tucker Records had a misleading description.

So the box from the outside looked all right. It said SEALED in the title. Well you just look at the pictures. If it was mint like he made it seem, then yeah it would have been a fine deal. This though is not what he said. Just look at the pictures...

  • The way the band wanted you to hear them

I have been a Beatle fan my whole life. This set is the greatest thing they have ever put out. Mono is king!! The Beatles didn’t care about stereo. When you listen you will understand.

  • Mono Beatles

Growing up with the Beatles - that whole era - The Beatles were it — great to have the mono set in vinyl - that’s how it was recorded -

  • The way it was intended to be heard!

Great box set. The albums were all originally mixed in mono and the Beatles themselves said this is the way you are supposed to listen to their music through the White Album.
