    explained IN FULL that due to an error, on my part, in parcel size, I was being way overcharged for postage. (For a 99p sale it was going to cost me about £10 in total to post out) So refunded in full & explained I would put the listing back on correctly and let her know exactly when, so she could buy. Didn't actually re-list because the buyer was SO rude &, quite frankly, aggressive! Such a shame some people have to be so bolshy
