      My mistake. Bad Product. Buyer paid Oct. 16, I shipped Oct. 17, delivered Oct. 21. I apologized, issued a full refund, he kept all product & I offered to do more if he wasn't satisfied. I sent a "request to revise feedback", which he agreed to do. Didn't get done within the 10 day window so feedback remains. He possibly couldn't figure out how to respond. I have all documentation & emails regarding our conversations. I don't know what else I could have done.
