    Not as practical as a discharge bolt.

    So while this discharge target does exactly what it's supposed to do, I do not recommend it over a discharge bolt. The discharge bolt in my opinion is much more practical to keep in your quiver and use after the hunt than having to lug this target around. Even though it's not huge or overly heavy, it's no where near as convenient as the discharge bolt. I like the idea of uncocking my bow by firing the discharge bolt into the ground instead of firing expensive bolts into targets. Regardless of how well the targets work, it is unnecessary wear and tear on expensive bolts. Because the discharge bags do work well however and are cheap to purchase ($14.36 at the time of this review) I buy them as targets for my crossbow at longer ranges.     Best target for the price

    This is the best target for the money. You don't have to use it just for discharging your crossbow it can also be use for target practice, I like to take a few shots to make sure my scope is still spot on. And I am also impressed with arrow removal, you don't have to hold the bag just grab the bolt give it a quick shake and the bolt comes right out. For the price you can't go wrong.

    Easy to transport and use

    I purchased this, because I do quite a bit of hunting with my crossbow and it seemed like a pretty good idea. I have two other similar targets by this manufacturer only larger, and they have done a good job with my crossbow...also my regular archery equipment. The price was very good. The service was quick. Happy with the purchase.

    Perfect size and easy to travel with.

    Awesome target

    I recieved the target in 2 days. It's small but i had no problem sighting in my crossbow. It stops the bolts less than half way in with a 385fps crossbow. The arrow is removed with 2 fingers effortlessly. Great product highly recommended.
