    Belies excellent reputation

    This product gives occasional unreliable readings. I bought it because my Heart Surgeon uses one. He paid a lot more than I did and I wonder about the authenticity of my one. It occasionally gives an accurate reading, but mostly both of the readings are farcical. I am very disappointed, as I waited a long time to get a NONIN at a reasonable price

    Great product, made in USA.

    After completing a clinical trial for my COPD when I was issued a a Nonin oxymeter I found this to be the most accurate, so I had to purchase one for myself. Ok it is quite pricey, but it is way better than the other couple of cheaper ones I have bought!
