The parts were in newer plastic bags, sealed and complete. In fact, those looked completely new. The price was very reasonable and it was packed very carefully. The instructions were not included, but I was able to reprint them, so that proved to be no problem at all. It was shipped fast and arrived very quickly. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.
