    I had purchased this item for a 90's party coming up (because who doesn't like to party like we did in the 90's). When I received the item, it looked smaller than the photo. I saw that the seller wasn't accepting returns. I reached out and explained my situation. He went ahead and offered to refund the price and send me the shipping label to return the item. The item was packaged nice upon receipt and was exactly as described in the photo - but the size was just not a normal XL.
