    A disturbing portrait of Oz with some great special effects.

    What's good about this film is that it's an interesting combination of a couple of L.F. Baum's Oz books. What's bad is that it paints an alarming portrait of the heroine Dorothy and her Aunt Em. It's pretty dark for an Oz story.

    6 Months Later. . .

    Good extension of the original movie. It's based on the novel, "Ozma of Oz". There's a few surprises along the way. Old familiar characters and some new ones.
