    Ordered 2 slot cars. Packaging was very tight and no damage to the exterior of box. One of the cars arrived with a broken slot peg. Seller said it was fine when sold/shipped. I assume the overpacking may have caused the damage since the slot peg was not protected. Seller provided a partial refund to cover the damaged car and half of the freight. I was satisfied with the refund to make it right.

Had the customer provided us the information we requested, we could have offered a partial refund to keep the item or full refund to return the item. We will be providing a 50% refund to customer since this review has provided us with at least the photo we requested.

    Great coffee at a cheap price

    Have only been using this coffeemaker for a few weeks, but so far I'm impressed. Does just what I need, no more, no less. You have obviously read all the features and so far they all work as advertised. Only have one very minor complaint: When brewing a 10 cup pot, the amount of coffee in the basket filter I need to make a nice strong (I use the "bold" setting) brew sometimes has a tendency to splash over the edge, putting some grounds in the pot. Not a big deal until you want that last bit from the bottom of the pot.

    Hamilton Beach Coffee Maker

    Good basic coffee maker. Every thing works, easy to use and program, only negative is that the digital display is "not lit", cannot see it in the dark as to what time it is, how it is programmed, what Brew selection was chosen, etc. Reminds me of my Mr. Coffee unit I just replaced after 9-yrs. If this one lasts as long, then its a great value!
