I did submit images of proof, and seller took care of refund without complaint. I'm still out the tariffs, and seller is out the other items sent, but I give this seller an A+ rating for doing the hard and right thing.

After I paid $86.49 for the product, they created a shipping label online so they could access the money right away, but then never shipped anything. They kept saying first they were on vacation, then they said the product was set on fire.
