    Shipping was delayed by shipper, not seller. Maybe choose a different drop point next time? Item as described and communication was good - inquiries replied to in a timely manner although seller is kind of rude in their replies. Usually when an item is dropped off on "Friday I think" tracking is updated Friday. It took 4 days for tracking to update that the package had been received. I'm glad I finally got my item and it was as described.

    Garmin RV890

    This brand new Garmin RV 890 was offered at a fantastic price, well below the MSRP. Is very easy to use, and there are dozens of video tutorials available on YouTube. You can plan and save trips ahead of time, and after you activate a trip you can modify it enroute. I am delighted with the product.

    Really well thought out product for the user with a large RV.

    I really like this GPS. I bought it for my Ford F450 to use on the road when I am pully our 5th wheel RV. I really like all the features built in for the user that is pulling or driving a large RV.

    Great, with minor quibbles

    This unit replaced a similar earlier Garmin. It has a lot of improvments, but it is still very hard to enter most intersections as destinations. The streets are shown on the map, but entering the same data results in a "not found" error. The same was true of the earlier Garmin, so it must be a failure of their code. Other than that, I love the improoved magnetic mount and the ability to easily pull the unit off the mount to use it. The display is bright and clear and, in general, functionality is great.

    I Replaced a 2012 deZl Garmin, and the difference in speed and resolution is astonishing. A solidly designed magnetic mount is straightforward to use, and the suction cup hasn't fallen once in a school bus bouncing all over the rough backcountry roads, almost like instrument piloting in a small plane. Upcoming roads, turns, and waypoint addresses are easily visible on the high-resolution screen, especially on the moonless, rainy early morning hours. Excellent, not inexpensive, but a well-designed and manufactured product.
