    Now I know if my Garage Door is open

    It’s reassuring to know when the garage door is being opened or closed. I haven’t had the need to operate it remotely but I know I can. I also like the ability to check its status and also to set one closing time (I chose 9:30p.m.) I do wish it could be programmed to close after a set period of time, say 15 minutes. Maybe a future enhancement…

    doesn’t do what I expected

    Easy to install. However, although it works just fine let me know the status of my door that is open or closed. It will only open the door using the myQ app. I cannot get the door to close using the app. I plan to call the company and see if they can help me resolve this issue.

    Good Product, simple app, would purchase again

    This is my second MyQ Smart hub for my new Genie opener. My first Smart Hub has been operating my Chamberlin opener for a few years now. So now I have two openers to control in the same app. I have had to contact product support recently and the service was good.

    A Caveman could set this up!

    Completely satisfied, very easy to set up. I had it up and running in less than five minutes. Works perfectly without any problems. It’s actually spooky how good it works. I was reluctant at first to have any Wi-Fi control on the access to my garage, but I believe this is a safe and very convenient way to access and monitor your garage door.
