    This is just my experience with this seller. I received a package untracked from him, which arrived damaged and empty, I informed the seller, who immediately accused me of causing the damage and stealing the needles myself and nothing I could do would convince him otherwise, he then Left negative feedback on my positive feedback list, calling me a thief, however eBay did believed me and issued me a full refund

    Oh dear , more lies and bollocks , no Ebay didn't refund him I did so he could buy the item again while contacting Royal Mail for compensation as they had damage it, but he didn't buy another packet of Medium tone and Soft tone instead he requested I send him an Invoice for 4 packs of soft , , really , why wouldn't you buy more Medium ? The only reason can possibly be he had the needles , tried them , decided he didn't like the Medium and would get 4 soft that he did like , total fraudster ,
