      The record was as described, well-packaged. I recommend them. That said, I sent a kind inquest about shipping because I was worried my vinyl L sitting in a community storage locker in with no shade in the Texas heat. I got a knee-jerk response implying I was complaining about their shipping policies, and "if I'd read them" I would know. Totally missed the point. There was no ultimate consequence to this, just hopping that they read communications with sellers a little more carefully in future.
