Use fuse 5 in the drivers fuse box and splice a wire going into the back of the radio. Do not use the adapter preset wires... the yellow and red are in the wrong pin out therefore you will lose all your settings every time you turn the car off. So swap the yellow and red and you'll have a working piece of kit for 15£ 🙏🏻 you're welcome

Not sure why one lead that is straight through wired is even required, ( there is no amplified rear speaker wiring in the Audi loom anyway ) it will just add extra wires and connectors that I need to find space for behind the headunit, so I just binned it. Could have supplied 1/3 of the loom for 1/3 of the price.
