Ordered 5 of these slats as I was restoring a very old victoriana bench, items arrived quite quickly and well packaged, But 2 of the slats had a long scratch on them. Contacted seller as I presumed he would change them but to my surprise I was told that this was caused by the cutting machine during manufacture and that I should sand them! Considering they advertise that the slats are of good quality I don't expect to have to sand them myself on delivery.
