1) ALL OUR SHIPPING IS EITHER VIA ROYAL MAIL (3-5 DAYS WORKING DAYS DELIVERY) OR UKMAIL COURIER (1-3 WORKING DAYS DELIVERY) DEPENDING ON THE WEIGHT ON AN ITEM.
2) WE SHIP ONLY TO THE ADDRESS SUPPLIED BY PAYPAL
3) ALL FAULTY ITEMS ON DELIVERY MUST BE RETURNED TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT BY A DELIVERY METHOD THAT IS TRACKABLE IN CASE OF LOST ITEM

8) IF ANY ITEM IS RETURNED TO US BY THE COURIER DUE TO INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, NO ONE AVAILABLE TO TAKE THE DELIVERY AT ADDRESS, CUSTOMER NOT CALLING FOR THEIR ITEM AFTER DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED- WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE POSTAGE AT THE GOING RATE FOR RE-DELIVERY. 16) A BATTERY WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED UNDER WARRANTY IF IT IS FLAT.
17) IF THE CUSTOMER SUSPECTS THE ITEM IS FAULTY THEY MUST FIRST CONTACT US.
18) WE WILL ADVISE THE CUSTOMER OF THE RETURNS PROCEDURE TO ALLOW US TO TEST THE ITEM FOR THE SUSPECTED FAULT.
19) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING THE ITEM TO BE TESTED AS PART OF A WARRANTY CLAIM.
20) IN THE EVEN THAT THE ITEM IS FAULTY WE WILL REFUND THE RETURN COST PAID BY THE CUSTOMER AND WILL SHIP A REPLACEMENT BATTERY.

    electric oil radiator

    this small portable unit has some great features included. the wheels make it easy to move around the floor and temp switches on the side are easy to use too. its compact and very economicle to use

    Burnt out plug on radiator

    I text the company to explain that my radiator plug had burnt out and damaged my internal socket also. I sent photos of both above and was told I need to send back at my cost and they would establish whether to send me a replacement. It would cost me more to send back as very heavy than buy a new one. NOT FROM THIS COMPANY! Also I have to get an electrician in to replace my socket also. The radiator is less than 9 months old and only used as a back up in bad weather. Even with evidence they have been very uncooperative.

    Very Good Quality Item & Price.

    I was a bit sceptical as to what to expect at the price I paid.. but was surprised by the build quality & features of the Ultramax 2kw radiator. It is pretty sturdy & the enamel paint finish is excellent, no thin or missing patches. Easy to assemble the wheeled feet. Obviously I cannot comment on the longevity of it .. only had for 2 days.. but looks like it will last. The Switches & thermostat feel good quality & positive to use. Only had it on one switch & thermostat less than halfway around on the dial, warmed up quite quickly and seems to chucks out much more heat than our old Bosch 1500w radiator, which started to leak oil.. Actually after 20 - 30 minutes the top of the radiator fins was almost too hot to hold your hand on for more than a few seconds without being uncomfortable... ...

    Lovely little heater

    This is now our third one of these, all working a treat connected up to Wi-fi plugs to allow remote heating of room to take the chill off. All put out sufficient heat to warm through a decent size room. One in the attached garage use to take to ensure the dogs are toastie warm in the run whilst out at work on these cold days, checked the other day whilst the outside temperature was down at -5 and the garage was a lovely 21 keep the dogs warm and happy. Highly recommend them.

    Portable oil filled heater

    Absolutely belting little heater! Goes along on its casters without complaint and tucks away nicely into a very small space when not in use. Only slight drawback - the flex isn't very long, but if you've got a room with more than one socket in it then it shouldn't be a problem. Recommended.
