    The anti snore mouth piece arrived, thanks. I have followed instructions provide prior to using it. I have used it last night but it appears not to fit in the mouth very well. I will redo the hot water and cold water instructions as I think it hasn't molded to my teeth very well the first time. It hasn't fallen out my mouth over night though. I reckon if it molds better to my teeth the second time round, it could work.

    I found it impossible to sleep with this in, constantly making my mouth saliva and not very easy to swallow with it in. Item is just as it said in the ad, moulds easily, though for some reason it was out of rhe box when it arrived and the box was folded behind it!

    Quality and condition is good for the value of the item. Its a bit thick in the mouth so needs getting use too. It did help with the snoring as it makes you breath through your nose instead.
