item ordered on 03/15, seller sent a message that it would be mailed via first-class mail within standard envelope, however there would be no tracking. On 03/25, i contacted seller to let them know the item had not yet arrived, seller promptly responded that USPS lost the item, and they offered to ship again.
UPDATE: on 04/09 item was received, exactly as described, seller communicated well throughout the process and i would buy from again!
