It got so bad I couldn’t wear summer clothes or swimwear for the disgusting scars and boils. I brought this soap with no high hopes. But after using it only once my skin has completely transformed. Reducing swelling, redness, pain, burning and boils. I shower as normal, then lather the soap and leave it on the affected areas for a few minutes. Then wash it off. I cannot recommend this enough !!
