Very nice pencil and well worth the price.
I've been using mechanical pencils since so long ago I don't remember, at least 40 years. My go-to pencil used to be a 0.7 Pentel 207. That is until I tried Kuru Toga pencils. I found all of Kuru Toga pencils to be top quality and excellent whether used for drafting or technical drawing (yes, some of us still prefer pencil and paper to the computer), math, or writing. The lead rotates whether one uses block lettering or printing or writing in script or cursive. The more often the pencil is lifted from the page and place back onto the page the more often the lead rotates. I found no issues writing in cursive as to the tip or the lead remaining sharply pointed and conical. Even in cursive a pencil is lifted from and replaced onto the paper. Do these people never dot an i or cross a t? Can punctuation be done without lifting the pencil? If so I never found a way unless I illegibly run every word together without any spaces and never punctuate or dot or cross letters. These pencils will work for printed characters or written ones. I was also pleasing surprised at this standard pencil when compared to the Advance and Roulette. All are excellent pencils that are priced differently and have different options.

Thin 0.3mm and lightweight pen.
Very thin 0.3mm. Expect lead to break easily... which it dose. You have to have a light touch but then it takes some weight to make the pen rotate the lead. Since I also own a couple of 0.5mm Kurutoga pens, I find the rotating mechanism works much better with those.
