18) WE WILL ADVISE THE CUSTOMER OF THE RETURNS PROCEDURE TO ALLOW US TO TEST THE ITEM FOR THE SUSPECTED FAULT.
19) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING THE ITEM TO BE TESTED AS PART OF A WARRANTY CLAIM.
20) IN THE EVEN THAT THE ITEM IS FAULTY WE WILL REFUND THE RETURN COST PAID BY THE CUSTOMER AND WILL SHIP A REPLACEMENT BATTERY.

BEWARE! The image and the description stated that these batteries came in the original blister pack. However they were sent separately in small plastic bags showing no evidence of the claimed expiry date. Testing showed they were not fully charged. I received no replies to messages. Having read through previous feedback I have discoverd that other people have had the same problem. Whilst I have received a full refund I would not recommend this seller as they are selling dishonestly. BEWARE!

    Good heater - but slow for the 2kW rating

    Its not been that long - but, look and quality, so far, seem good. The only issue I have, and this wasn't really clear in the product information or the reviews, is the way the heater operates. The heater is thermostatically controlled as explained in the product summary. But what it didn't say, is that, along with the room temperature thermostat there is an "internal" thermostat that regulates the temperature of the heater itself, I assume to stop it becoming dangerously hot. But this operates frequently and turns the heater off until it cools enough to allow the heater to power back up. So on one hand you don't end up with a red-hot heater, but on the other it takes longer to heat a room.

    Good product, but lacks power.

    The heater is a good looking product, good quality for the money. It will only heat a small room, I bought it for our conservatory, it is not powerful enough at this time of year, will probably be ok come spring/summer.

    The perfect heater

    I brought this for my new flat, as it has storage heaters. I am absolutely blown away by the heat this little thing can produce on even the lowest 800w setting, which is all I have used for a medium size room/Kitchen, meaning my power bills remain low, so energy efficient. It has 24hour timer and 1200w and 2000w should you ever need it. It looks so stylish as well, mine black, it has that retro look. This honestly made my Christmas. Toasty and warm, at an amazing price

    Lightweight with great features

    I needed this radiator to take the chill off a bedroom without heating. Did a great job and definitely wanted a timer mode so I can let it turn itself on during the night. Did the job toasty bedroom. Reasonably priced as well
